What is one thing that is always close at hand when you are sitting at your stitching spot? My small sewing box with all my supplies. I don’t have a designated stitching spot, just wherever I choose to sit.
Best tip you can give any stitcher (new or seasoned)? Have fun with it and do what works for you. Stitch what, and on what, you enjoy and never allow yourself to feel less than if you don’t enjoy things like full coverage or stitching on linen.
What does being a Stitchee mean to you? Family. I don’t have a lot of friends in general, and even less that stitch (craft) on the level and with the intensity that I do. It is so wonderful to have found a community of people who get it. We are definitely a unique group and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Any last words? Stitching is more than a hobby. For some of us it’s our creative outlet, a meditation, a way to quiet the voices in our mind, or any number of other things. Whatever your motivation, embrace it, and know that there are kindred spirits out there that get it. We see you, we welcome you, and we are here to support you through the good stitches and the frogs and everything else life throws at you in between.

Any last words? Mmmmm I think stitching has helped me in so many different ways especially with my mental health. It has helped me with my depression my anxiety and if it wasn’t for stitching helping me get the some really hard times I’m not sure where I would be.. I get so happy when I start a new project and even happier once its done.. now the in between is a different story… lol..
